1.Who you are buying from

The Operator Kit is sold by Elfstrand Consulting LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE474700, VAT CY60165193H), operating at businessync.io ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you ("the buyer") enter into this agreement with us. Support and notices: reply to your delivery email or write to info@businessync.io.

2.What you are buying

The Operator Kit is a digital, self-service product. Depending on the options you select at checkout, your purchase includes some or all of the following:

The Operator Kit (base): the Start Here guide, the Operator Playbook (PDF), the Operator Interview Prompt, the Automation Audit prompt and one-pager, and access to the Operator community. Delivered by email as download links immediately after payment.
The Skill Vault (optional add-on): a library of ready-made skills and bonus prompts, delivered the same way.
The done-with-you setup call (optional add-on): one live 90 minute working session with Peter Elfstrand, scheduled by email after purchase.

The base kit is self-service. It gives you the complete materials and instructions to build your own operator, plus community access if you get stuck. It does not include personal installation, configuration or setup performed for you. The done-with-you setup call is the assisted option: if you want us to build it with you, live, that is the product designed for it. Choosing not to buy the call does not reduce what the base kit contains; it only means the work of following the materials is yours.

3.Requirements and running costs

Using the kit requires a Mac computer, the free Visual Studio Code editor, and an active Claude subscription from Anthropic (approximately €20 per month, paid by you directly to Anthropic). These third-party requirements are stated on the product page and are not included in the purchase price. We are not responsible for changes Anthropic or other third parties make to their products, pricing or availability.

4.License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share access to, or use the materials to build a competing product. Download links are personal to your order and may not be shared. All intellectual property in the materials remains ours.

5.The 30-day guarantee

We offer a voluntary commercial guarantee: if within 30 days of purchase you find the kit has not saved you real hours, email us from the address you bought with and we will refund your purchase in full. You keep the files. This guarantee is unconditional within its 30-day window and applies to the base kit and the Skill Vault.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Processing normally takes 5 to 10 business days.
The done-with-you setup call is refundable in full until the call has been held. Once the call has been delivered, it is a completed service and is no longer refundable.
This guarantee is a voluntary promise from us and does not limit or replace any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6.EU right of withdrawal (digital content)

The kit is digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) once delivery has begun. In practice our voluntary 30-day guarantee in section 5 is broader than the statutory right you waive.

7.Community access

Community access is provided as part of the kit at no separate charge. We may moderate, and may suspend access for abusive or disruptive behavior. We may retire or replace the community platform; if we do, materially equivalent access will be offered where reasonably possible.

8.What we do not promise

We promise that the materials are as described. We do not promise specific business results, revenue, or time savings in your particular case; outcomes depend on your business and on the work you put in. Nothing in the materials is legal, tax or financial advice.

9.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to this purchase is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus, or of your country of residence where consumer law grants you that venue.
