Part A applies to every purchase. Part B below adds the terms for the Operator Sprint.
The Operator Kit is sold by Elfstrand Consulting LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE474700, VAT CY60165193H), operating at businessync.io ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you ("the buyer") enter into this agreement with us. Support and notices: reply to your delivery email or write to info@businessync.io.
The Operator Kit is a digital, self-service product. Depending on the options you select at checkout, your purchase includes some or all of the following:
Using the kit requires a Mac computer, the free Visual Studio Code editor, and an active Claude subscription from Anthropic (approximately €20 per month, paid by you directly to Anthropic). These third-party requirements are stated on the product page and are not included in the purchase price. We are not responsible for changes Anthropic or other third parties make to their products, pricing or availability.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share access to, or use the materials to build a competing product. Download links are personal to your order and may not be shared. All intellectual property in the materials remains ours.
We offer a voluntary commercial guarantee: if within 30 days of purchase you find the kit has not saved you real hours, email us from the address you bought with and we will refund your purchase in full. You keep the files. This guarantee is unconditional within its 30-day window and applies to the base kit and the Skill Vault.
The kit is digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) once delivery has begun. In practice our voluntary 30-day guarantee in section 5 is broader than the statutory right you waive.
Community access is provided as part of the kit at no separate charge. We may moderate, and may suspend access for abusive or disruptive behavior. We may retire or replace the community platform; if we do, materially equivalent access will be offered where reasonably possible.
We promise that the materials are as described. We do not promise specific business results, revenue, or time savings in your particular case; outcomes depend on your business and on the work you put in. Nothing in the materials is legal, tax or financial advice.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to this purchase is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus, or of your country of residence where consumer law grants you that venue.
Part B applies when you buy the Operator Sprint. It sits on top of Part A: everything in Part A that is not changed here applies to the Sprint as well.
The Operator Sprint includes: (a) the complete Operator Kit (digital content, delivered instantly), (b) the Skill Vault (digital content, delivered instantly), (c) five live 1:1 video sessions of 60 minutes each with Peter Elfstrand, (d) asynchronous email/community support from purchase until the final session.
You book your sessions after purchase via the scheduling link in your delivery email. The first session takes place within 7 days of purchase; all five within 21 days, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice. A missed session without notice counts as delivered; the first no-show is forgiven once as a courtesy.
Five sprint spots are available per launch window. The cap is enforced automatically at checkout.
€799 this launch. After this launch of five, the Sprint is €1,399. Prices include VAT.
This is a voluntary promise from us, on top of the statutory rights in S6. Nothing in S5 limits, conditions or replaces those rights. The conditions below attach only to this voluntary guarantee.
Before your first session: full refund, one email, no questions, and you keep the kit files anyway.
The outcome guarantee. If at the end of day five you do not have a working operator with your first automation running, you get every euro back and you keep everything. It applies when you've done your side of it:
If you stop partway: unused sessions are refunded at €110 each; the kit portion stays covered by the standard 30-day kit guarantee.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By booking your first session inside those 14 days you expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that once all five sessions are delivered the right of withdrawal lapses. If you withdraw partway, delivered sessions are deducted pro-rata (€110 per delivered session) plus the list value of the digital content already delivered, per the kit's standard terms.
The sprint teaches you to run your own AI operator. It is not done-for-you agency work, not ongoing support beyond the sprint window, and no revenue outcome is promised. What is promised: at the end of day five you have a working operator built around your business, or S5 applies.
You need a Mac (last ~7 years), a Claude subscription (~€20/month, Pro is enough), Visual Studio Code installed, and the hour actually blocked in your calendar.
Everything else (privacy, data, liability) follows the standard Operator Kit terms in Part A above.
