Privacy Policy

Last updated 25 August 2026
In short. We collect the minimum needed to sell you the kit and deliver it: your email, your order, and anonymous usage data. We do not sell your data. Your operator setup and business context live on your own machine and never reach us.

1Who is responsible for your data

Elfstrand Consulting LTD (registration number HE474700, VAT CY60165193H), registered in Cyprus, is the data controller for this site and for The Operator Kit.

Contact for any privacy question or request: info@businessync.io.

2What we collect, and why

We do not collect special category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

3What we never receive

The Operator Kit runs on your own computer. The interview answers, your business context, your files, your memory and your second brain stay on your machine. They are never transmitted to us and we have no ability to read them.

When your operator thinks, it calls an AI provider directly from your machine under your own account. That relationship is between you and that provider, under their terms.

4Who else processes your data

Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta pixel, are set only if you consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site or contacting us.

6How long we keep it

7Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what came before.

Email info@businessync.io and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

8Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell buyers by email where the change affects them.
